We understand that inadvertently missing appointments can happen; however, we must consider how these missed appointments impact other patients, many of whom are sick, and need to receive timely care.

Full Circle requires a minimum 12-hour notice for appointments and 24-hour notice for surgeries that need to be canceled or rescheduled. You may cancel or reschedule by calling us at 503- 635 -3573 or emailing us at [email protected]

If we do not receive adequate notice of a cancellation or reschedule, a deposit of $84 will be applied to your account that must be paid before rescheduling. You may use this deposit at your future visit.

We expect all clients to arrive on time for their appointment. Please call to let us know if you will be running late. We will then determine if there is enough time to see your pet or if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Subsequent missed appointments, either late cancellation / reschedule or no show, will result in the forfeiture of the $84 deposit.
