COVID-19 Updates

In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.

Please call us when you arrive. A member of our staff will meet you outside and escort you and your pet inside the building to an exam room. For now, we are only allowing 1 person in the room for the appointment and always wearing a mask. We will escort you after the appointment has been completed. Prior to arriving, please complete this form.

Technician appointments, food pickups and pharmacy pickups will remain curbside. If you are experiencing COVID or COVID-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.

According to CDC guidance, there is no evidence that companion animals or pets can spread COVID-19 to date. For the latest information about coronavirus and pets, we encourage you to visit the CDC and World Health Organization websites.
